Is WAAPI enabled?
Did Wwise succeed in connecting to WAMP/HTTPS?

Check what else is using ports on your machine
netstat -ano | findstr :8080
Try swithing port setting both in Wwise and Grim Manager.
ws://127.0.0.1:8083/waapi
Is Grim Sync using same settings as Wwise is (ports and ws path)?
